A 1982 batch IAS from Bihar, currently holds the position of Chairman, IWAI, before which, he was deputed as Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, Patna. He started his career as SDO, Land Revenue Management and District Administration. He has a professional experience of 30 plus years.

M.T. Krishna Babu, a 1993 batch IAS Officer belonging to the Andhra Pradesh cadre, is the Chairman, Visakhapatnam Port Trust taken over in May 2014. He has earlier held the positions of Secretary, infrastructure and Investment Department; Commissioner, GHMC; Chairman, AP Central Power Distribution Co Ltd and Managing Director, Metropolitan Water & Severage Board.

Mr. Girish Pillai, Officer of 1981 batch on Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) has joined as Executive Director (Infrastructure), Railway Board on 17.10.2012. In his career of over 30 years with Indian Railways, he has worked extensively at Divisional, Zonal Railway and Railway Board level.
Before joining as Executive Director (Infrastructure), he has worked as Chief Operating Manager/Western Railway, Divisional Railway Manager/Mumbai and Executive Director (Perspective Planning), Railway Board.He is a Post Graduate in Mathematics from the University of Delhi. Mr. Girish Pillai is the nodal officer for the Dedicated Freight Corridor Project in Railway Ministry and is also part time Director of the Board of Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL).
His current assignment also includes long term planning for Infrastructure creation over Indian Railways, Coordination for implementation of PPP projects, International Railway cooperation and developing Long Range Decision Support System (LRDSS) for Railways.

Shri Manish Jain, an IAS Officer of 1994 batch of West Bengal Cadre, took over charge as Deputy Chairman, Kolkata Port Trust, Haldia Dock Complex since January 2011. During his service in Kolkata Port, he was also holding additional charge of Chairman of Kolkata Port Trust for a considerable period.
Shri Manish Jain was Executive Director, West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation (WBIDC) before joining Kolkata Port Trust.
As a member of Indian Administrative Service, Shri Jain has served as Under Secretary, Government of West Bengal and State Protocol Officer, ADM, Darjeeling, Burdwan, South 24-Parganas and District Magistrate in North Dinajpur and Burdwan Districts.
Currently, Shri Jain is also holding an additional charge of Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Central Inland Water Transport Corporation (CIWTC) and Hooghly Dock & Port Engineers Ltd. (HDPEL), besides Dy.Chairman, Kolkata.
During the current posting, Shri Jain got an opportunity to visit various Ports of Belgium like Port of Antwerp and Port of Zeebrugge as a part of Programme on Port Authority Planning & Management organized by APEC – Antwerp / Flenders Port. He had also been the member of delegation visited Bangladesh for DG(Shipping) Level Talks between India and Bangladesh on Coastal Shipping.

Capt. Gave. K. Sarkari is the Managing Director of Samsara Group, India. He has over 4 decades of experience in the Shipping Industry. His Shipping career started from the early 70’s, He served at sea in ascending rank from Apprentice to Master with India Steamship Company Pvt. Ltd. from 1972 to 1983.
After his initial stint from 1983 to 1990 with Killick Nixon Agency Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai and has been with Sharaf Group in Dubai & India. Since 1990, serving in various capacities before being elevated to the position of Managing Director, Samsara Group.
Capt. Sarkari is also serving on several committees and is Vice President of Mumbai And Nhava Sheva Ship-Agents Association (MANSA). He is nominated on Narottam Morarjee Institute Of Shipping (NMIS) governing council by The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM).

Bill Smart, Managing director of Bengal Tiger Line, has been in Container Common Feedering for over two decades. Earlier, he was engaged in the Far East/Europe trades with the Ben Line Containers.
Although a Scot, and having served as a Paratrooper in the British Territorial Army, he has lived most of his life overseas including West Africa, the Middle East and South East Asia. Mr Smart now resides in Singapore.

Capt. Dhiren Kumar Mohanty, borne in 1955, is a Master Mariner. He has assumed charge as Chairman and Managing Director of Dredging Corporation of India Limited on 30th November, 2011.
Capt. Mohanty has wide range of experience in shipping and port related sectors spanning over more than 30 years. Previously he worked as Dy.Conservator in Paradip Port Trust and his last assignment was Director (Marine Services) in Ennore Port Ltd.,

Rajkiran Kanagala has been associated with TCI since 2006 and has been working in the supply chain division since then. Prior to being appointed as National Head –Business Development, TCI Supply Chain Solutions, Rajkiran handled business development and operations of the division for 3 years as the Assistant Vice President –Western Region.
From April 2012, Rajkiran has taken over entire Group TCI Business Development. as the Group Head.Rajkiran has over seventeen years of work experience in the area of business development for OEM Manufactured products and Engineering goods. Before joining TCI, Rajkiran has held various positions in Onida, Atlas Copcoand Peerless Fabrikkerne(India) Ltd. As part of business development assignments, he has worked extensively with customers in both domestic and international markets and has spent nearly 10 years in International Business Development.
